This is where you can have some fun! From the simple plate to a creative, elegant edible piece or art, these boards can highlight all your favorite foods to pair or inspire you to be creative and adventurous trying new foods. Whatever your preference, you’ll want to have an assortment of Meats, Cheeses, Crackers, Spreads/Sauces/Dips, Nuts, Dried Fruits, Jams/Jellies, Fresh Berries, Vegetables and of course Chocolates. This wonderful assortment of food is ready to be picked up in bitesize morsels and enjoyed with the Wines.
Wines that Go With This?
The sky is the limit with any of the True Fines Wines you are about to Receive from our Incredible “True Fine Wines” Exclusive Access; but in case you need a little more help or inspiration, here are some awesome Examples to Use!
Start out with the More Than Muse or Tanya Ricord Rose’. These choices are always a great starting point. Keeping it light before heavy comes in the:
- Tanya Ricord Moscato or
- Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio.
- Moving into the More Than Muse Sauvignon Blanc
- or More Than Muse Chenin Blanc.
- Then there is the More Than Muse Chardonnay.
- From there a beautiful transition into the Nile Eddy Pinot Noir,
- and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Finishing with a little heavier Linda Horn Cabernet Franc
- and Ricord Merlot.
To make it a Plate, you simply place Items and Make them Single Servings for your Guests.

Ricord 2020 Merlot: This is an amazing Merlot. And you will want this for all sorts of Meat Meals and Chocolate Enjoyment. It complements all your hearty meats and dark chocolate indulgences.
Nile Eddy 2022 Pinot Noir: This is our go-to for the Holidays. And soon to be your choice to complete your Holiday Feast. From Thanksgiving Turkey, Ham or Roast this is an Incredible Pairing that you will thoroughly enjoy with every bite of your Holiday Feast. And what makes this wine even better, it’s so versatile it even pairs with that Pizza you order while you are watching Football.
Whites: These are the 3 Specific Releases for this Fall of 2024.
More Than Muse 2020 Chardonnay: This beautiful wine is made by the same Wine Makers, yet distinctly different than our 2021 vintage. This allows you to experience a Vertical Pairing. You can try the 2020 and then the 2021 with the Same Foods to enjoy the Contrast and Differences that 1 year makes.
More Than Muse 2021 Chardonnay: This is another amazing wine, made by the Same Wine Makers, though the flavor notes and finish are quite different from the 2020. And you are going to have fun choosing which one is your favorite when paired with the same Food and Wine Pairings.
More Than Muse 2017 Sauvignon Blanc: We call this a great Summer to Fall Wine. If you’re like us, you Hold onto the Summer as long as Possible with pairings of Strawberries, Blueberries, Salads and Light Pasta Fares with this crisp delight. This is a Refreshing and Delicious Wine that is Super Easy to Enjoy.
