I have been taking Ketoboost for about 1.5 months now and am happy to say I have lost 5 lbs. I have been on a decent diet but not something someone has published as a diet. I eat vegetables that are good for you such as spinach, cauliflower, carrots, celery, Swiss chard, also fruits and chicken, some beef, pork. I do not eat very many products that turn to sugar quickly such as potatoes. I switch to sweet potatoes. I avoid chips except for vegetable chips and pork rinse. I use sweetener instead of sugar if I have ice tea and have reduced the use of juices and cold drinks drastically.
I have energy most days all day now and do not drop into the 3 pm sugar lows I have often had in the past. So I am energizing my body and you energize your body too.
I am doing a lot to look after my body and brain especially because my father died of Alzheimer’s.
